(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' claim for grant of ACP benefit as per Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016, by treating them eligible as they are possessing the alternative qualification for appointment to the post of Head Teacher as per Haryana Primary School Education (Group-C) District Cadre Service Rules, 2012, and at par with other employees who though had joined along with them but were promoted as Head Teacher prior to 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 20.11.2024, Annexure P-9, in a specified period. 3.
