(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to restrain respondents No. 3 and 4, not to harass and put pressure on the petitioner in Criminal Complaint No. 23/5D/ACP-South dated 31.05.2017, UID-112927 dated 31.05.2017, to compromise and sell his property as per wishes of respondent No. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab, is directed to look into the matter and do the needful, if required.
