CM-1215-CI-2019 The prayer in the application is to strike out the name of late Ms. Santosh daughter of Daya Nand, who is stated to have died at a young age (unmarried). The application is supported by an affidavit of the brother of the deceased. The remaining brothers and sisters of late Ms. Santosh, have no objection. Hence, the application is allowed. The name of Ms. Santosh be struck off from the memo of the parties. CM stands disposed of.
