Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.11 dated 25.10.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, SBS Nagar 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 28.02.2024 and has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel has placed on record the letter from SBI Branch Mundi Kharar Tehsil Kharar District Mohali with regard to the withdrawal amount. The same is taken on record. 4.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 28.02.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made Manju 2024.03.23 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case and this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused. 7.
It is made clear that, in case, the petitioners are found involved in any such activity once again, the State is at liberty to promptly move an appropriate application for cancellation of bail detailing out the circumstances and violation of the condition(s) of bail.
