The petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.75, dated 24.11.2022, Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala, under Sections 447, 511, 506, 427 IPC (Annexure P-1). 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to apprise the Investigating Officer about all the relevant facts. The petitioners would be at liberty to furnish relevant reliable documents to the Investigating Officer in order to prove their stand.
