(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition, however a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. Of course expeditious trial is right of every litigant. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
