The judgment debtor No. 1 to 3 have filed this revision petition assailing the correctness of the orders passed on 10.08.2018 and 14.01.2019 by the Executing Court whereby the various properties of the judgment debtors have been ordered to be attached.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners contends that the individual properties of the judgment debtor No.2 and 3 could not be attached as the decree is primarily against the judgment debtor No.1. The judgment debtor No.2 and 3 were impleaded as office bearers of the judgment debtor No.1.

It is evident that while decreeing the suit for recovery of ₹4,10,000/-, the Court has made all the judgment debtors to be jointly and severally liable. The judgment debtor No.2 and 3 have been impleaded as DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.09.12 11:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document individuals. In view of the above, finding no merit in the present revision petition, the same is dismissed.
