AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) By this Writ Petition, the petitioners have challenged the action of the respondents for not cancelling the registration of the vehicles (which have otherwise been condemned).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he will not press this petition on merits and would be satisfied if a direction be given to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 8th January, 2022 (Annexure P-14) within any reasonable time. 3.
