Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 07.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner for promotion as Principal from Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Physics as juniors to the petitioner have already been stands promoted vide office order dated 15.06.2022 (Annexure P-3) and to provide all the consequential benefit to the petitioner from the date of promotion of his juniors i.e. 15.06.2022. $
