AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Seeking a writ of mandamus, petitioners have prayed for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 7.

Reply by way of affidavit of Harvinder Singh, DSP, Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar filed in Court today is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition stating that protection has already been granted to the petitioners by the police Authorities.
