(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No.151 dated 02.08.2020 registered under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sushant Lok, Gurugram (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the Investigating Agency.
