       It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that the authorities had not uploaded the final result for the post of Junior Engineers (JE) in various departments of Government of Haryana during the pendency of the petition before the learned Single Judge. He submits that the final result has been uploaded during the pendency of this appeal and as per the uploaded final result, the appellant secured 60 marks while the last selected person has secured 63 marks and in such circumstances, if five marks for Socio Economic criteria would have been awarded to the appellant, he would have been selected. He, however, concedes that the detailed result was not placed before the learned Single Judge by the authorities.

In the circumstances, when confronted with this aspect, learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a review application against the impugned order. As prayed, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
