This revision petition is arising out of an order passed by the learned District Judge, dated 30.11.2016, seeking transfer of the case, on the ground that the Presiding Judge is helping the opposite party. Counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that the Presiding Judge has been transferred and, therefore, the petitioner does not press the present revision petition.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
