* * * * Mr. RS Bajaj, Advocate, who filed this writ petition on behalf of the workman, had been contacted on telephone and had stated that the client took away the brief from him long back and has not contacted him, thereafter. In this situation, notice was issued to the appellant. Notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report "no such person is working in the company."

Mr. SK Malhotra, Chief Accounts Officer, The Bhogpur Coop. Sugar Mills Ltd, Bhogpur appearing for the respondent-Mill informs that the petitioner in this case was a casual worker and his whereabouts are not known. He never contacted the respondent-Mill at any point of time during the last about 20 years.

In view of the above, this writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to get it revived, if need be.
