The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions on the complaint/representation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-6).

The learned State counsel has filed a reply dated 24.02.2026 by way of an affidavit, which is taken on record. A perusal of the same would reveal that the complaint of the petitioner has been found to be false.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
