(Oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that vide impugned order dated 04.01.2024, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-3, the petitioner has been transferred by the respondents from the office of SC KITLANA Village Kitlana (106) DDO-CHC Manheru, Bhiwani to the office of SC MIRAN CHC Miran, Bhiwani by wrongly recording the reason that there is a request of transfer on behalf of the petitioner, which action on the part of the respondents is causing prejudice to the petitioner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that the said transfer of the petitioner has already been cancelled hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by the State counsel recorded herein above, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
