The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of Kalendra under Section 182, Cr.P.C. dated 08.10.2016, PO order dated 19.03.2018 and FIR No.37 dated 27.10.2021 registered under Section 174-A filed after cancellation of FIR No.30 dated 29.03.2016 under Sections 354, 506, 34 IPC, 1860 registered at Women Police Station, Nuh District Nuh Haryana. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-complainant contends that in FIR No.30 dated 29.03.2016 under Sections 354, 506, 34 IPC, 1860 registered at Women Police Station, Nuh, District Nuh Haryana was found to be false. Thereafter, Kalendra proceedings under Section 182 Cr.P.C. were initiated against the petitioner vide order dated 01.04.2017 in which he was released on bail. Pursuant thereto, respondent has again prepared fresh Kalendra dated 08.10.2016 for the same cause of action in the same FIR i.e. FIR No.30 dated 29.03.2016. He further contends that the second Kalendra for the same cause of action is illegal. 3.

In view of contentions made by both the parties, it is directed that the second Kalendra under Section 182 dated 08.10.2016 which is not maintainable, and all proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. 5.
The present petition stands disposed of.
