MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has expired on 19.10.2007 and he does not wish to argue the case on merits. Learned State counsel has verified this fact and placed on record the Death Certificate of the appellant. She further submits that the complainant in this case has also expired on 23.01.2009 and placed on record his Death Certificate. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place.
