Status report by way of affidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ballabgarh, Faridabad on behalf of respondentState of Haryana dated 19.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the appellant; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Permitted to do so.
