The only grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that by mistake in column No. 1 of the application form, he had written YES instead of NO with regard to socio economic criteria.

Keeping in view the fact that the affidavit placed on record by learned counsel for the petitioner is dated 20.01.2019 (P-7) that he had inadvertently written as YES instead of NO in column No. 1 of socio economic criteria and final result has been declared on 19.01.2019 (P-4) , at this stage no ground is made out for quashing result dated 19.01.2019. Dismissed.
