The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.5 to release the salary of the petitioner for the period 14.3.2022 to 11.7.2022 alongwith interest at the rate of 12% p.a. in view of letters dated 23.11.2022, 24.5.2023 and 25.10.2023, Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-4 respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case his pending representation dated 6.10.2023, Annexure P-3, is considered and decided by the respondents in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, contends that the petitioner's pending representation shall be considered and decided by third respondent/Director Elementary Education Officer, Panipat, within two months and the due benefits/salary will be released.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
