(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of interim bail on grounds of his multiple ailments, in matter arising out of FIR No.104, dated 4.8.2019, Police Station Phase 11, SAS Nagar, Mohali, under Sections 302, 120-B IPC and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

Learned State counsel has today submitted the medical report in respect of examination of the petitioner. The relevant extract of medical report reads as follows:

Report of CE-MR Perinial Region with lower Spine with CR No-6469, RH No.5051-24/11/2021, Department of Radiodiagnosis, Rajindra Hospital, Patiala done by Dr. Ishita MOHAN SINGH 2021.12.15 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Small blind ending sinus tracts in subcutaneous region overlying the coccygeal vertebrae.

Post surgical charges overlying the sacrococcygeal region c.

No evidence of Perianal Fistula in the current scan.

On 02.12.2021, Patient referred to CH, Nabha for surgery department for through examination & treatment. Patient examined by specialist and advise following treatment:- 1.

Sitz Bath With Betadine Solution 2.

Tab. Oflox-OZ 1-BD 3.

Oint. Smooth LA-TDS 4.

Tab Trenexa 1-TDS 5.

Tab Pantaprozole 1-OD As per medical record now the patient condition is stable. This is for your Kind Information and Necessary action pleas."

Since, it has been opined that, as of now, the condition of the patient is stable, this Court does not find any ground for grant of interim bail. However, the Superintendent, Maximum Security Jail, Nabha, is directed to ensure that all the requisite medical treatment, as is required. to the petitioner is made available to him. In case the petitioner is required to be taken to any hospital, necessary arrangements shall be made for the same. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
