(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to personally monitor investigation in FIR No.232 dated 24.12.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 457, 380 IPC at Police Station Division No.7, Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, Punjab, and to ensure fair and proper investigation in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to look into representations (Annexures P-3 and P-5) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, to look into representations of the RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.04 13:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
