**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash an order dated 15.01.2020 (Annexure P-3) vide which petitioner has been transferred from Charkhi Dadri to Badhra. While issuing notice of motion on 03.02.2020, operation of impugned order qua petitioner was stayed.

Order dated 03.02.2020 also reflects that petitioner was due to retire in about 151⁄2 months. Given the lapse of time, petition is rendered infructuous as petitioner would have retired during pendency of the proceedings.

Disposed of accordingly.
