CRR No. 121 of 2021 -2302/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari, is feeling aggrieved by order of Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, dated 15.1.2021, framing charge for offence under Sections 144, 148, 149 and 302 read with Section 149 IPC, against all the accused including the present petitioner in that case. He has filed the instant revision petition challenging the said order contending that learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, has framed charge against him without there being sufficient material available on record, to justify framing of said charge.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, besides going through the record and I find that the revision petition is absolutely without any merit.

The impugned order is quite detailed and well reasoned. The material considering which, the order to frame charge against the accused had been passed, is also mentioned in the impugned order. There is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, much less the same being arbitrary, or in violation of settled legal position. There is no reason to interfere with the said order by exercising the revisional jurisdiction. Therefore, the revision petition being without any merit stands dismissed.
