Counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that he has received a communication, dated 27.11.2015, from the Superintendent, District Jail, Bhiwani, informing that Narinder @ Diwana, the convict has passed away on 04.07.2015.

We have heard counsel for the appellant, perused letter, dated 27.11.2015, received from the Superintendent, District Jail, Bhiwani, and taking into consideration the fact that Narinder @ Diwana son of Jage Ram, resident of Village Mohalla Gamri Dadri, P.S.City Dadri, District Bhiwani, has passed away on 04.07.2015, take the appeal on Board and dismiss the same as having abated.
