**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 17.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) filed by petitioner for grant of furlough has not been decided by respondent No.3, in accordance with law.

The representation was moved on 17.01.2020 before the Superintendent Central Jail, Ambala. On the said application/representation, the process has to be completed within 5 days by making and submitting a report to the District Magistrate and thereafter, District Magistrate is required to complete the process within 21 days and forward the case with recommendations to concerned Divisional Commissioner who GEETA RANI 2020.02.03 18:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP No.1098 of 2020 will further complete the process within 10 days. By referring to the aforesaid criteria, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of his representation moved in the context of furlough.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Surender Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents. This petition can be disposed of by directing respondents no.3 to decide the furlough case /representation dated 17.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with norms at the earliest.
