This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 318, dated 22nd December, 2020 under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 379, 411 and 483 IPC, registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
