(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 806, dated 10.10.2017, registered under Sections 409,420,467,468,471,120-B of the IPC and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioners. 2.

Post registration of FIR in question, the investigation already stands concluded with the filing of challan and the matter is now listed for consideration on framing of charges.

In support of the present petition, number of documents have been produced on record, which cannot be looked into at this stage in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to take up their defence based on documents appended herein before learned trial Court. It is expected of learned trial Court to take into consideration the documents which form part of the present petition and pass an order thereupon, in accordance with law, at the time of framing of charge.
