DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) The impugned order dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) was passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Nabha in Civil Suit No.497 of 2025, tled as "Punjab Public School v. State Bank of India", whereby an applicaon under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC was allowed. 2.

The aforesaid impugned order is appealable under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC and therefore, the present revision peon is not maintainable. 3.

As such, the present revision peon is hereby disposed of with liberty to the peoner to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
