*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in a Complaint No.COMI/3/2018 dated 23.09.2011, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 389, 365, 323 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' - for short). Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the trial Court has declared the petitioner as proclaimed offender vide order dated 10.12.2018. The said order is under challenge in CRM-M-2834-2019, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
The prayer is accepted.
