[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 101, dated 5th August, 2021 under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Shambu, District Patiala. [3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
