)  On 14.02.2022, the following order was passed:- "The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the official respondents to level the earth and fill up 30 to 40 feet deep pits, which may result in loss of life. It has been pointed out that four young girls have already lost their lives.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. AG, Haryana, prays for a short adjournment to get complete instructions and assist. Adjourned to 18.02.2022."

Learned State counsel has submitted that the Deputy Commissioner, District Nuh, Mewat, has already started working in the direction of filling the pits and some of the pits have been filled up. He assures the Court that the necessary action as required shall be taken by him. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed. Disposed of.
