RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of a direction to hand over the investigation of FIR No.965, dated 23.08.2018, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 498-A, 506, 511 IPC (Section 313 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that investigation in the abovementioned case has already been completed, challan filed and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
