(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of impugned order dated 18.11.2025 passed by Judge Special Court, Hoshiarpur whereby nonbailable warrants of the petitioner has been issued in case bearing FIR No.0076 dated 20.05.2022, under Sections 15, 18, 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has appeared before the trial Court.
Learned State counsel, on instruction, corroborates the said averment and submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 16.02.2026 and has been released on bail in terms of the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
