Copy of the same has been supplied to counsel opposite. As per this report, enquiry has been made on the representation/complaint (Annexure P-1) as filed by the petitioner and the allegation of rape as levelled by the petitioner are found to be false and the complaint has been ordered to be filed.

Though, in the petition filed before this Court, the petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction for protection of her life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.5 and 6, however, no representation whatsoever, is shown to have been filed by her in this regard before the official respondents or any other Police authorities.

In view of this fact, the petition is disposed of with the direction that if any representation seeking protection of life and liberty is filed by the Jyoti 2024.04.23 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order Chandigarh
