RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing of the orders dated 17.09.2018, Annexure P-10, passed by respondent No.1, dated 09.08.2017, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.2, dated 16.09.2014, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.3, dated 08.05.2014, Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.4 as well as Sanad Takseem dated 19.12.2017, Annexure P-9, issued by respondent No.4 being wrong, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice. It is further prayed that operation and implementation of impugned orders dated 17.09.2018, Annexure P-10, dated 09.08.2017, Annexure P-5, dated 16.09.2014, Annexure P-4, dated 08.05.2014, Annexure P-3 and Sanad Takseem, dated 19.12.2017, Annexure P-9, be stayed during pendency of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition.
