Instant petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action against respondent No.4 to 19 in view of the representation dated 14.12.2020 filed by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that private respondents assaulted petitioner No.2 and inflicted injuries on her qua which DDR No.27 dated 10.06.2020 was registered, however, due to political reasons, no action was initiated against the private respondents rather a false case bearing FIR No.44 dated 06.05.2020 for the offences under Sections 323, 451, 506, 148, 149 at Police Station Kheri Nodh Singh District Fatehgarh Sahib was registered due to political reasons. A prayer therefore has been made that representation dated 14.12.2020 (Annexure P-5) made to Sr. Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib - respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously.

CRM-M-7851-2021 -2concerned with respect to the assault carried out on them and other allegations of threat, the reply was in the negative and it was submitted that it was only recently as on 14.12.2020 when the representation was made. Heard.

No ground is made out for this Court to invoke jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.PC in the facts and circumstances of the case as the petitioners have an alternate remedy available to them. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to avail the alternate remedy provided to them under law.
