The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the case FIR No.360 dated 11.10.2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 186, 332, 353 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Jhajjar, District Jhajjar, and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
