(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition keeping in view the subsequent development, wherein, the Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar, Mohali, has finally rejected the claim of the petitioners for the grant of 'No Objection Certificate', vide order dated 15.09.2020, by recalling the earlier order passed in the favour of the petitioners, which needs to be challenged by filing appropriate petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that petitioners be granted liberty to assail the said order as well as the order dated 24.01.2020 by filing a comprehensive petition. Present writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner.
