Petitioner, who has been convicted in FIR No.606 dated 04.07.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 420, 473, 120B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, seeks quashing of order dated 12.09.2020 (Annexure P1) whereby parole has been denied to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to deny that the matter is squarely covered against the petitioner in terms of Full Bench judgment dated 26.08.2022 of this High Court in CRWP No.1890 of 2020 (Kulwant @ Monu v. State of Haryana and Others).

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed.
