Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Naib Singh from Police Station Zirakpur, S.A.S. Nagar, submits that pursuant to order dated 15.2.2022 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. 4.

In view of the above facts but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 15.2.2022, granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
