(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents inform the Court that the present matter has been rendered infructuous in the light of the corrigendum issued by the Haryana Public Service Commission dated 08.02.2021, copies of which has been received through mail and are taken on record, according to which, the eligible candidates belonging to the category, to which the petitioner belongs, can apply by filing online application forms upto 15.02.2021.

In the light of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, it is clarified that a candidate, who has already applied in the general category and has become eligible in the light of corrigendum issued NEETU RANI 2021.02.12 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

under a particular category, can apply afresh and merely because an earlier application has been submitted by such a candidate under the general category, would not render second application filed by the such an applicant liable for rejection.
