(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.130 dated 01.06.2017, under Sections 307, 326, 452 and 34 IPC, Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran (P-1). In nutshell, during investigation, petitioner was found innocent in aforesaid FIR. Therefore, he was placed in column No.2 of the final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as innocent. However, petitioner has now been summoned to face trial along with his coaccused as additional accused on the application of prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. He further contends that petitioner is not required for any custodial interrogation. Even, no recovery has to be effected from him. He is ready to join the trial.
