HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for issuance of direction to respondents No.5 and 6 not to proceed with the application of respondent No.7 (who is son of the petitioner) in view of law laid down by this Court as well as instructions issued by respondent No.2, as inquiry upon the said application has been conducted earlier on five times by the higher police officials and the allegations levelled therein were found to be false. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
