(Oral) The petitioners through instant petition are seeking setting aside of order dated 19.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) whereby trial Court has declared petitioners as proclaimed offenders in FIR No.214 dated 14.08.2017 (Annexure P/1) under Sections 341, 342, 160, 323, 148, 149 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda.

The petitioners, vide order dated 03.02.2020 were directed to appear before trial court within 7 days and trial court was directed to release the petitioner on interim bail.

Learned State counsel submits that as per order dated 11.11.2022 passed by JMIC, Bathinda, non-bailable warrants have been issued against petitioners.

In view of order dated 11.11.2022 passed by JMIC, Bathinda, the present petition has become infructuous. No further order is warranted. Dismissed as infructuous.
