After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the DRT alongwith an application for condonation of delay, if necessary. He, however, submits that as there is immediate apprehension of dis-possession, some protection may be afforded to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
