The present writ petition has been filed for seeking setting aside the orders dated 11.07.2022 and 29.11.2022 in Broadcasting Petition No.102 of 2022 passed by the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

After arguing at some length and on being faced with an objection that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing a review under Section 16(2) (F) of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedies available to him in accordance with law. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
