The case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.111 dated 21.06.2019 registered under Sections 306, 323, 149, 506 IPC, at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Vide order dated 03.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioners were granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Krishan Lal, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
