Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.378 dated 11.12.2021 (P-1), under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Ram Nagar, District Karnal, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, entered into between the parties i.e. petitioner as well as respondents No.2 and 3. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
